Once your order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation with your pickup details.

All orders are made fresh and will be ready at your selected pickup time and location.

We recommend arriving on time so your flan is at its best

Pickup times are selected at checkout or provided after ordering.

Please arrive within your scheduled window.

If you need to adjust your time, reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Missed pickups:
Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be forfeited.

We cannot guarantee product availability after missed pickup times.

Flan is best slightly chilled for that perfect silky texture
